Advanced Piano Lessons for Adults
Who is this course perfect for?
If you’ve reached an advanced piano level—playing works by Chopin, Bach or Beethoven—but want to refine your skills without performance pressure, this course is for you. Many of our students are working professionals or retirees who’ve returned to serious piano study after a break. Whether you’re looking to polish existing repertoire or tackle new challenges, we help dedicated players like you achieve deeper musical satisfaction.

What you will do in this course:
You’ll improve your playing through our Geometric Learning approach, mastering complex passages by understanding them from multiple perspectives. We’ll work directly with your current repertoire in live study sessions, solving technical challenges and developing your interpretative voice. Instead of dry exercises, you’ll learn practical techniques that make your daily practice more effective and musically rewarding.
What you will gain by this course
You’ll develop greater technical command and artistic confidence in advanced repertoire, regardless of whether you consider yourself a “natural talent.” Our approach helps you move beyond just playing notes correctly to creating truly expressive performances. Most importantly, you’ll rediscover the joy of piano at the highest level, with guidance that respects your dedication while making progress feel natural and fulfilling.

Your piano teacher
My name is Luca Ridolfo, and I am a piano teacher at Studio MusicalMente. During my studies, I took jazz and classical piano lessons with teachers from all over the world. I love to pass on the inspiration I received from them and my passion for music to my students. I used my teaching experience in Italy and Spain to develop a structured method that helps beginners learn to play songs from day one at their own pace and level.

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying private classes with Luca. He has a strong focus on technical proficiency and a great eye for detail. He teaches with passion, and I’m very happy with his ideas on how one should learn to play the piano step by step, as it helps a complete beginner (such as myself) from feeling overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend him as a teacher!Frequently Asked Questions
