About Your Teacher
My name is Luca Ridolfo, and I am a piano teacher and the owner of Studio MusicalMente.
Throughout my piano journey, I studied jazz and classical music with renowned teachers from around the world, including Siavush Gadjiev (Russia), Aaron Parks (USA), Aaron Goldberg (USA), Rudy Fantin (Italy), Chris Donnelly (Canada), and Carlo Corazza (Italy).
I have developed a unique Geometric Approach for Kids, which uses different activities to teach children how to play the piano. This is the foundation of my Kids Piano Group, where young learners experience music in a fun and structured way.

Yes, it is possible! The method we use in our Kids Piano Group lessons makes this possible.
We allow a maximum of 5 kids per group. This way we can promote cooperation and group work.
It depends. When kids are in a new environment, they often feel shy about trying new things. That’s why the first sessions are designed to give them small, easy successes. This helps them feel more confident and excited about piano lessons.
Classes are non-refundable and cannot be caught up. You can still talk to the teacher to see if there is a free spot in another group for you.
You can, but check availability with the teacher.
Classes are not stackable. This means you cannot make up the classes you missed the following month.
Simply send an e-mail to info@studiomusicalmente.nl stating that you want to stop classes. Cancel your subscription one month before the date you wish to end your subscription..
All classes already paid in advance cannot be compensated.

Playing the piano is often seen as a solitary activity, which can feel boring for kids. That’s why we created Kids Piano Groups. These group lessons include fun and engaging activities, allowing kids to enjoy learning the piano together.
Classes follow the Dutch school calendar. You can view the vacations here. In total, per school year, there are 40 lessons.
Once you sign up for a subscription, your tuition will be collected monthly from your account via automatic incasso. This happens around the 26th of the month. We do not accept cash.
No, we will not bill you if there are no classes in the month.
Yes, the cost is the same. We have calculated an average cost for the months with more and less than 4 lessons. In this way we have made it simpler for you and us, avoiding confusion about pricing.
If you join us after the beginning of the month, you pay only the remaining classes for that month.
No! In our studio, there are several keyboards that your kid can play.
The Kids Piano Group program is designed for children aged 6 to 10, but we sometimes make exceptions for kids outside this age range. If your child is younger or older and you’d like them to join, simply fill out the form, and we’ll discuss the possibilities!
The piano lessons of the Kids Piano Group are in “In Het Koorenhuis”, a 2-minute walk by Grote Markt. This makes it easy for your child to reach it via public transportation (tram 2, 4, 6) or bus number 25.
